Thank you for shopping at JOMIZOO, operated by PETRIX GLOBAL LIMITED (派瑞克斯環球有限公司). This Shipping Policy explains how we process and ship your orders.
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a shipment notification email with a tracking number once your order has shipped. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing may take an additional 1–2 business days.
2. Shipping Destinations, Methods and Estimated Delivery Times
We currently ship to the following regions. Estimated delivery times below start from the date of dispatch:
- Japan: Standard shipping, 5–10 business days
- United States & Canada: Standard shipping, 7–15 business days
- Europe (UK, EU): Standard shipping, 7–15 business days
- Hong Kong, Singapore & other Asia-Pacific regions: Standard shipping, 5–12 business days
Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by customs clearance, weather, carrier delays or other factors beyond our control.
3. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the weight of your order. Any applicable free-shipping thresholds or promotions will be displayed at checkout before you complete payment.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to track your parcel. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become available.
5. Customs, Duties and Taxes
For international orders, your parcel may be subject to import duties, taxes or customs fees levied by the destination country. These charges, if any, are the responsibility of the recipient. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information before placing an order.
6. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment; additional shipping fees may apply.
7. Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your order has not arrived within 30 days of dispatch, or arrives damaged, please contact us at jomizoo@foxmail.com with your order number. We will investigate with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with our Refund Policy.
