Refund Policy

At JOMIZOO, operated by PETRIX GLOBAL LIMITED (派瑞克斯環球有限公司), we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This Refund Policy sets out the conditions under which returns, exchanges and refunds are accepted.
1. Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of the date you receive your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase (e.g. order number) is required.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact us at jomizoo@foxmail.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.
4. Damaged, Defective or Wrong Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will offer a free replacement or a full refund, including any shipping costs, at no additional cost to you.
5. Return Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to our error (damaged, defective or incorrect item), we will bear the return shipping cost.
- If the return is due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
6. Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, place a new order for the new item. Alternatively, contact us and we will help arrange an exchange where stock is available.
7. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective: clearance/final-sale items, gift cards, and personalized or custom-made products.
8. Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled free of charge before they are dispatched. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled, but you may return it under this policy after delivery.
